Admission Procedure, Eligibility & Withdrawal Guidelines

Admission Policy

Admission at Vijay Central Academy is open to all boys and girls irrespective of caste, creed or religion. Applications are accepted on the prescribed admission form, subject to eligibility and seat availability.

Admission open to all eligible students. Applications must be submitted on the prescribed form. Admission to higher classes is subject to vacancy. Fresh admissions require Birth Certificate and Aadhaar Card. Students from other schools must submit School Leaving Certificate and previous Mark Sheet. Admission documents submitted to the school are not returned.

Age Eligibility

Admission to Class I is granted only to children who have completed 5 years of age by 1st April and have not crossed 7 years of age.

Corresponding minimum and maximum age limits are applicable for admission to all higher classes.

Admission is confirmed only after verification of eligibility, age criteria and required documents.

Withdrawal Policy

Important Guidelines for Parents

Notice Period

One calendar month's written notice is required before withdrawing a student. Failing this, one month's fee will be charged.

School Leaving Certificate

The School Leaving Certificate will be issued only after all outstanding dues have been paid.

School Authority

The school reserves the right to discontinue admission in cases of poor academic performance, misconduct, indiscipline or non-payment of fees.

Important: Students whose academic progress, attendance or conduct is consistently unsatisfactory, or who fail to comply with school rules and fee regulations, may be required to withdraw from the school at the discretion of the school authorities.
