Session 2024-25 (Applicable for 2025-26)

Vijay Central Academy recognizes and rewards excellence in academics, sports and co-curricular activities through a comprehensive scholarship programme. These scholarships encourage students to perform their best while promoting healthy competition and overall personality development.

Scholarships are awarded based on academic performance, sports achievements, attendance, leadership qualities and outstanding co-curricular participation, subject to the school's scholarship policy.

Supporting Students & Families

Sibling Benefit

From the third child onwards, a 50% rebate on the total fee of the child having the lowest fee will be provided.

One-Time Fee Payment

Students depositing the complete annual fee by 15 July or within 20 days of admission receive a 5% rebate on total fees.

Disability Benefit

On submission of a valid Disability Certificate, students are eligible for 20% rebate on tuition fees (last three installments).

Widow Benefit

Students whose father is deceased are eligible for 25% rebate on tuition fees upon submission of the required documents.

Orphan Benefit

Students who have lost both parents are eligible for a 50% rebate on tuition fees after document verification.

Scholarships and motivational awards are given for academic excellence, sports achievements and outstanding co-curricular performance.

Discount Approval Process

Step 1

Fill the Scholarship / Discount Form within 20 days from the commencement of the academic session.

Step 2

Submit all supporting documents for verification by the school administration.

Step 3

Once approved, the eligible scholarship or fee rebate will be applied to the student's account.

Important: Scholarship will not be granted if the previous session's fees are outstanding. The management reserves the right to amend scholarship rules at any time.

VCA Students

Bonafide students of Vijay Central Academy are exempted from paying the College Admission Fee.

Merit Scholarship

Students securing outstanding Class XII Board results receive special fee rebates during admission.

Sports Participation Policy

College Support

University Registration Fees paid by College. Entry Fees paid after qualification. Support for Selected Teams. Institutional Encouragement for Sports.

Student Responsibility

Travel Expenses initially borne by students. Food Expenses initially borne by students. Advance deposit required before participation. Open Selection expenses borne by player unless qualified.
Sports Promotion: The college actively encourages participation in university, state and national competitions. Institutional support is extended to deserving students based on eligibility and qualification as per college rules.
